Gosia
(she/her) Growing up in Poland, Gosia learned her strong work ethic from her parents and grandparents. Gosia moved to the states with her parents in 1990. From high school Gosia attended 4 years at CCSU where she studied Music and Psychology.
She was introduced to the beauty industry in 1999 and received her license from New England School of Hairdressing in 2000. Gosia has had the opportunity to work with many talented stylists, whom have inspired her. She has received training for cutting, coloring, and product knowledge from a multitude of companies including Kemon, Eufora, Kevin Murphy & Eminence Organic Skin Care. Gosia specializes in cutting, she has studied and continues to study various cutting techniques, utilizing them on the diverse hair textures of her clients. She enjoys working with all hair types, and makes healthy, manageable hair a top priority.
bo
(she/her) Bo earned her Associates Degree in 2010 with a concentration in Business. She was an Alpha Beta Gamma Business Honor Society Member. She later graduated from the International Institute of Cosmetology in Wethersfield, CT where she received the “Salon Performance” award at her graduation. In 2019 Bo completed her Reiki 2 certification.
Her passion for the beauty industry was sparked doing hair and makeup backstage for several local musicals she performed in. That spark led her to leave corporate world in pursuit of her dream to be a Stylist. She comes alive with cutting and color correction and is extremely passionate about instilling hair integrity.
Bo experienced Reiki for the first time in 2017 and set out to learn the technique herself in order to share the power of Reiki with her community. She feels complete marrying her business roots with her creativity behind the chair and spiritual connection thru Reiki. Guiding people to look their best and feel their best is her true joy.
kristy
(she/her) In 2007 Kristy attended Paul Mitchell The School in California and graduated in 2008 from Paul Mitchell in North Haven. Her vast knowledge of Paul Mitchell products and color gives Kristy a strong foundation for her career as a Stylist.
She has worked as a Kevin Murphy Educator and has continued her training with numerous companies including Eufora and Kemon. Kristy is a creative Stylist creating classic looks as well as edgy, avant-garde styles. Her diverse talent has allowed her to work on film sets and photo shoots. With years of experience under her belt she is a master at color and styling.
Greg
(any pronouns) Greg first cultivated his passion for hair at the International Institute of Cosmetology in 2013. He comes to us with several years experience behind the chair in addition to Salon Management. He is grateful to transition into being a full time Stylist at Green Lotus which is where his true passion lies. Greg is an innovative Stylist who takes pride in customizing trends for his guests so they leave with their own unique and modern style.
Always intrigued to learn, Greg has taken business, color, cutting and styling classes from a variety of companies including Eufora and Kevin Murphy to exercise all aspects of the hair industry. His passion comes alive creating dimensional color and formal hair designs as well as finishing hair. Whether you’re a new guest in his chair or a returnee, Greg strives for perfection making sure you leave confident and satisfied every visit!
Vanessa
(she/her) Vanessa has worked in the beauty industry since 1999 becoming a Certified Esthetician in 2009 upon graduation from the International Institute of Cosmetology. Prior to her Certification she studied Theater and Music where she was initially exposed to stage and special effects makeup igniting her love of beauty. Vanessa is always up on the latest Skin Care attending quarterly training from Eminence.
She has also experienced classes with Eminence CEO Boldijarre Koronczay and Lori Nestore “The Wax Queen”. Vanessa is an enthusiastic Esthetician with an immense knowledge of Organic Skin Care. Coupled with her warm and cheerful personality, Vanessa confidently heads our Skin Care & Hair Removal Team with appointments available Wednesday-Saturday.
delilah
(she/her) Delilah joined the Green Lotus Team in August of 2021 with a background in Cosmetology and Esthetics. First receiving her Cosmetology License from Kaynor Technical High School and then promptly her Esthetics License from the Institute of Aesthetic Arts and Sciences in Southbury. She quickly recognized her true passion lied in Skin Care. Taking her skill set one step further, in the midst of the Coronavirus Pandemic, she completed her schooling to become a Certified Massage Therapist at Cortiva Institute. Delilah offers her guests head to toe pampering featuring Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, Facials, Body Waxing and Brow & Lash Tinting. Appointments available Tuesday-Saturday.
