Appointments: The Green Lotus Team prides themselves on keeping a timely schedule. We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time for their reserved appointment(s) to ensure full service. As a courtesy to our team and other guests, please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. We recommend reserving your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Children: Green Lotus welcomes well behaved children receiving services. Children not receiving services must be supervised by an adult, for the safety of the child, and the consideration of our guests and staff. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
Gratuities: A gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of the guest. We accept gratuities in the form of cash, check or credit card. We strongly encourage cash tips, as tips in the form of check or credit card are paid weekly vs. daily for cash. Thank you for your generosity!
Refunds: Sorry, no refunds on Gift Cards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service you received or a product you have purchased please let us know within 1 week. We will work with you to find a solution, or your money back. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express, Green Lotus Gift Cards.
